Professional Standards Training is designed to enable members of the local/state Professional Standards and Grievance Committees to gain knowledge of the Professional Standards process.

Participants will become more familiar with mediation, ethics proceedings, arbitration, roles of Grievance and Professional Standards Committees, Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.

Those who should attend the training include State/Local Board of Directors members, State/Local Board/Association Presidents, Association Executives, State/Local Professional Standards and Grievance Committee members and anyone interested in serving on one of these committees.
